Wharfedale's new SW series subwoofers offer unprecedented performance in their class. Each model in the series features revolutionary speaker drivers, amplifier modules, and filters. They strike a perfect balance between power and sound quality, while maintaining audiophile-level control. This is only possible by using the latest materials and technology in the speaker drivers.

The new SW series includes many new features. They have cones made from non-pressed paper pulp, which improves internal cone damping, transient response, and internal cone stiffness. Copper plating on the magnet's vent holes reduces magnetic distortion and improves heat dissipation.

SW series subwoofers continue to use robust and well-designed amplifiers, optimized to produce tight low-frequency reproduction, making them ideal for movies or music. The cabinet is available in matte white and wood-grain black – these subwoofers look stunning alongside matching floor-standing speakers.
