The Hydrogen SPL drivers have been designed using Klippel optimization. In a 10-hour test, the driver's behavior is examined using numerous measurement results, and thus weak points and problems that require improvement are identified early in the design process. The driver is subjected to up to four times the power it can handle. The end result is a driver with a very flat impedance response, meaning it accepts power well at all frequencies, has good sensitivity, and can handle power well.
If you want to play LOUD, the Hydrogen SPL is an excellent choice for a driver. The solid and well-breathable cast body holds the driver together and allows the subwoofer to breathe properly through the body. Effective voice coil ventilation and a sufficiently sturdy voice coil keep the coil operating temperature correct even in harsh use. Double lower suspension controls the cone movement and the stitched upper suspension and cone attachment withstand even the most extreme motion.
