CTK Elastic 10mm Damping Mat

CTK Elastic 10 is a ten-millimeter thick damping mat made of synthetic rubber. The mat's structure consists of closed cells of various sizes and shapes. Thanks to this structure, the mat effectively reduces noise while providing highly efficient thermal insulation and is moisture-resistant and water-repellent.

The self-adhesive mat is easy to install on flat and gently curved surfaces. Due to its oil and water resistance, Elastic 10 can be adhered to almost all exterior and interior metal surfaces of a car, such as the floor, roof, trunk, and the inside and outside of wheel wells.

The best result is achieved when CTK Elastic 10 is adhered on top of a CTK Premium damping mat, as the Premium mat effectively reduces surface vibration. The product is not recommended for adhesion to plastic door panels or similar parts, and strongly curved shapes and rough surfaces should be avoided.

In addition to car damping, CTK Elastic 10 is also suitable for industrial use and, for example, for thermal and sound insulation of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
